Your Role
You have better things to do with your time. You simply need to focus on what you do best. When serious interest is generated, you will become engaged.
You will have discussions and on-site visits with selected candidates at the appropriate time. Your job is to tell your story and outline how your practice is competitively positioned and why it is special.
Share that vision you see for your practice under the right circumstances. And explain what you seek in a new owner.
During each candidate’s visit, you will be asking insightful questions. These shall include how your practice might fit into their growing organization and what they shall expect from you.
Your primary role is to establish trust and rapport. Each prospect shall be determining if you would be an asset and great addition in their growing organization.
How We Work Together
Alpha Practice Sales shall market your opportunity to generate interest once we have all of our tools in place. It shall be done in such a manner that your team and community are unaware that you are considering making such a change. And during this process, we shall interface with you as appropriate per the responses and interest so generated.
As Alpha Practice Sales handles this initial response, we shall mutually determine who you should focus your time in exploring. Initial meetings shall be arranged.
This initial interaction between you and the interested organization will determine if this is indeed a mutual path that needs to be explored further. We will assist in this discussion if mutual interest exists. And you shall now commence your due diligence of their organization.
If this organization decides to take the next step, their interest shall be manifested by a Letter of Intent (LOI). If negotiated successfully, Alpha Practice Sales will work with you and the interested buyer as they perform their due diligence scrub.
